  • Provide subscription-based features and verify purchases.
  • Communicate important service updates or respond to inquiries.
  • Ensure safety, detect fraud, and enforce Terms and Conditions.

3. How Your Photos Are Processed

  • Your uploaded wardrobe photos are used only for providing personalized outfit suggestions.
  • Images may be temporarily stored and processed via third-party services such as OpenAI or other AI infrastructure providers.
  • We do not use your wardrobe photos for advertising or any public-facing services.
  • You retain ownership of your uploaded content; by uploading, you grant us a limited license to process it for style generation.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We use trusted third-party platforms to provide core functionality:

  • Supabase (user auth, database, and API backend)
  • Storj.io (S3-compatible storage for user-uploaded images)
  • OpenAI or equivalent AI providers (for GPT-powered suggestions)
  • Apple App Store / Google Play Store (subscriptions and payments)
  • Analytics tools (e.g., Sentry, Firebase) for usage metrics and crash reporting

These providers may process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We may share your data only:

  • With service providers under contract (see above).
  • If required by law, court order, or legal process.
  • To investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or threats to our systems.
